Jennifer Mesce (Co-Founder) is a graduate of Rider University with a BA in Theatre and Communications. In addition to her work with Water in a Cup, Jenn teaches musical theatre and improvisation classes with the Morris County Arts Workshop in Chester, NJ. She is also the Company Manger/Stage Manager for the Carolyn Dorfman Dance Company. She has worked as a stage manager and asst. stage manager at several theatres in NJ, including McCarter Theatre, The Shakespeare Theatre of NJ, George Street Playhouse, and Surflight Theatre. She also loves to perform whenever she can. Previous roles include Cinderella (Into the Woods), Sheila (Hair), Susan (tick, tick...BOOM!), Sonia (Godspell), and Lily (The Secret Garden).
